These terms govern your use of douglasinsights.com and any report, sample, data product or consulting deliverable purchased from Douglas Insights Inc. By using the site or purchasing a product you accept these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

## Licences

Reports are sold under three licence tiers. A Single User licence permits use by one named individual. A Team licence permits use by up to ten individuals within one organization. An Enterprise licence permits use across one organization worldwide, including subsidiaries. All licences are non-transferable and do not permit resale, sublicensing, public posting or distribution outside the licensed group.

## Permitted use and citation

Licensed buyers may reproduce individual figures, charts and short excerpts in internal documents, investor materials and publications, provided each use credits Douglas Insights as the source. Reproducing substantial portions of a report, or providing the report or its model to third parties, requires written permission from sales@douglasinsights.com. Journalists and academics may cite published summary figures from our web pages with attribution without a licence.

## Orders, payment and delivery

Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; Douglas Insights does not store card details. Report files are delivered by email to the address given at checkout within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Free samples are delivered within 24 hours on business days. Consulting engagements are governed additionally by their written proposal, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

## Intellectual property

All reports, models, data, text, charts and site content are the property of Douglas Insights Inc and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a licence grants the usage rights described above and transfers no ownership.

## Disclaimers

Reports and consulting deliverables are prepared with the methodology published on this site, but forecasts are estimates and no outcome is guaranteed. Nothing published by Douglas Insights constitutes investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and purchase decisions, investments and business actions taken in reliance on our research are made at your own risk.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Douglas Insights Inc arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Douglas Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

## General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
